Ilan Lev Method Practitioner | Somatic Movement Facilitator

About Me.
I’m a certified Ilan Lev Method practitioner, somatic movement facilitator, and healing space holder. I offer one-to-one hands-on sessions, as well as group classes and circles, in London and across the South of England.
Having worked as a professional dancer and with the body for over 20 years, I came to this work through my own experience of injury, searching for a more gentle way to be with the body.My approach is shaped by my extensive background in dance training and performance, my experience as a woman and mother to two boys, and ongoing interests and studies in Hakomi, Mind Body Centring, meditation , Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, Nonviolent Communication and embodied forms of movement.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can feel held, seen, and heard — met with gentle support, curiosity, and in activating the body’s own intuitive wisdom and healing.
I offer a space to slow down, be met with care, and feel supported through touch and movement.Sessions take place in:Home Studio, SE6
Centre 151, East London E2
Across the South of England (workshops & group sessions)

ILAN LEV METHOD.The Ilan Lev Method is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic practice that works with the nervous system through touch, small movements, vibration, and attentive dialogue. It is a body-based approach that does not aim to fix the body, but instead supports it in reorganising itself — finding more ease, mobility, and connection from within.Sessions can support:recovery from injury
release of long-held tension
improved mobility and coordination
nervous system regulation
a sense of grounding, ease, and connection
People often come with pain, tension, or restrictions in movement, and sometimes with a sense that something feels stuck — physically, emotionally, or both. This work invites communication back into the system, allowing change to emerge gently over time. Many people describe a feeling of being held — where the body can soften, reorganise, and open into new possibilities.ILM is a therapeutic method and often works best when three or more sessions are booked in close proximity, allowing the body to deepen and integrate the work over time. However, one-off and taster sessions are also available. Each session is responsive to you, meeting what is present in the moment.Sessions.One-to-one sessions

HELD.HELD runs on a monthly basis and exists to create a sanctuary where women can pause, soften, and receive the nourishment of safe, supportive touch. In a world where women are often giving endlessly — to families, partners, and communities — we offer the rare opportunity to rest without agenda, to reconnect with the body, and to restore balance through the simple yet profound act of being held and consensual touch.
Through guided, chakra-inspired holds, gentle relaxation practices, and shared circle time, we cultivate spaces of trust, consent, and belonging. Our mission is to replenish women’s nervous systems, awaken the healing power of touch, and nurture deeper connection to self and others.
I believe that when women are held, they return to their lives more rested, more connected, and more whole.
